  • All orders are custom made after every purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for creation and processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Liability for Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Claims:

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation.
  • While we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments, we will assist you to the best of our ability in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee any outcome, as these situations are handled entirely by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
